Nutritional supplements, such as Ensure, are often a vital part of our patients' needs during and after chemotherapy. Because many patients were unable to afford these nutritional supplements, the Medical Oncology department staff began holding fundraisers in 2012 to help as many patients as possible. The fundraisers paid for more than 1,000 cases of Ensure for our patients to date. Donations made to the hospital can also be earmarked to support this fund.
